How to invite members to the workspace

You can add other users to your existing Prospi workspace for free, with no limit on the number of members you can invite.

Steps to invite new members

  1. On the bottom left side of the Prospi interface, click the button with your profile initials

  2. A menu will open - choose Settings

  3. In the left panel, select Members (fifth option on the list)

  4. At the top of the Members page, click Invite Member

  5. A form will appear on the right side of the screen

  6. Enter the email address of the person you want to add

  7. Choose the role you want to assign to the new member


Available user roles

  1. Administrator
    Can perform all actions, including inviting members and configuring billing.

  2. Member
    Can perform all actions except inviting new members and managing billing.

  3. Viewer
    Has view-only access - can see activity, but cannot change anything.


After selecting a role, confirm the invitation.
The new member will receive an email with access to join the workspace.
