Prospi Mobile App: Manage Your Inbox on the Go

Stay connected with your leads wherever you are. The Prospi mobile app lets you view replies, respond to prospects, and manage your inbox directly from your phone.

Navigating the App

The app has two main sections accessible from the bottom navigation bar: Inbox and Account.

Inbox

Your inbox is where you'll manage all your lead conversations.

Viewing replies: All responses from your campaigns appear here in one place. Scroll through to see who's replied and what they've said.

Search and filter: Use the search bar at the top to find specific conversations by keyword, email address, or any other term. Tap the filter icon in the top left corner to narrow results by lead status or by campaign.

Responding to leads: Open any conversation to see the full email thread. You can type and send a reply directly from the app without switching to your desktop. If you'd like help crafting a response, tap the AI-suggested reply option to get a starting point you can send as-is or edit before sending.

Lead details: Tap "See lead details" within any conversation to view more information about your prospect, including their name, job title, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, company size, and website.

Calling leads: Need to hop on a quick call? Tap the phone icon in the top right corner of a conversation to call the lead directly from your phone.

Account

The Account section gives you control over your profile and workspace settings.

From here you can switch between workspaces if you belong to more than one, sign out of your account, or delete your account if needed.

Push Notifications

Never miss an important update. Prospi sends push notifications to keep you informed about positive replies from leads, warmup completion for your email accounts, enrichment completion, campaign launches, when campaigns finish and more...
