Connect Prospi to your other tools - email providers, webhook automations, and Slack - from one place.
How to access Integrations
Click your team icon in the bottom left corner.
Select Settings, then Integrations - or go directly to app.prospi.ai/settings/integrations.
Email Integration
Connect your email address to Prospi by entering it in the email field and pressing the enable toggle.
Custom Webhooks
Send data to automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n whenever a specific event happens in Prospi.
Click Add Webhook.
Select the event type you want to trigger the webhook.
Paste your webhook URL.
Click Add Webhook to save.
Testing your webhook: After saving, click the Trigger Webhook button next to your webhook. Prospi will send a test payload to your URL so you can confirm everything is connected and working correctly.
Slack Notifications
Get notified in Slack whenever a positive reply comes in from a lead.
In Slack, go to the channel where you want notifications.
Click the channel name, then select Integrations.
Click Add App and search for Prospi.
Return to Prospi and connect Slack from the Integrations page.
Select your channel and you are ready.
