Step 1: Know Your Monthly Credit Limit
Credits are used only when Prospi successfully finds and verifies an email. Here is what each plan includes:
$197/month - 2,000 verified emails/month
$397/month - 5,000 verified emails/month
$697/month - 10,000 verified emails/month
$897/month - 15,000 verified emails/month
You are only charged for emails that are actually found and verified - pulling leads does not use credits.
Step 2: Decide How Many Campaigns You Are Running
Split your credits based on the number of campaigns:
1 campaign - use all credits in one list.
2 campaigns - split 50/50.
4 smaller campaigns - allocate credits evenly across them.
Step 3: Check Lead Availability in Lead Finder
If your search returns 50,000+ leads, you can apply strict filters.
If your search only finds 5,000 leads, consider broadening industry, location, or job title filters.
Step 4: Pull 20-30% More Leads Than Your Credit Limit
Not every lead will have a verified email. To avoid running short mid-campaign, always pull more leads than your credit count:
$197 plan (2,000 credits) - pull 2,400 to 2,600 leads
$397 plan (5,000 credits) - pull 6,000 to 6,500 leads
$697 plan (10,000 credits) - pull 12,000 to 13,000 leads
$897 plan (15,000 credits) - pull 18,000 to 19,000 leads

Plan your lead volume around how many emails you can send per day. Prospi recommends 20 emails per inbox per day once warmup is complete:

$697 plan (60 inboxes) - 1,200 emails/day, ~24,000/month
