1. Navigate to the domain section
• Open Prospi.
• On the left side panel, click Email Accounts (second icon from the top).
• Inside that page, select Purchase Email Accounts.
• A window titled Domain and Hosting Platform will appear - this is where domain purchase begins.
2. Complete the Domain and Hosting Platform form
Fill out the following fields:
• Domain hosting platform
This is where you purchase domains directly from Prospi - no external tools required.
• Domain forwarding destination URL
Enter your company’s main domain.
All purchased domains will forward to this primary URL.
Purpose: to redirect traffic and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Number of domains
Enter the number of domains required for your plan.
You can enter a higher number to receive more available options.
3. Generate domain options
• Click Search after entering the domain quantity.
• Prospi will then display a list of available domains.
Important note - we use only .com domains, as they provide the best deliverability and reliability.
Prospi will automatically recommend domain options for you, based on the number you entered.
4. Select and purchase
• You will see a + icon next to each domain.
• Click + on every domain you want to buy.
• When selection is complete, click Purchase domains.
You will be redirected to the payment page to finalize the transaction.
