Delete leads from the list

You can delete leads directly inside a list by using filters and the delete options. Follow the steps below to remove unwanted contacts safely and accurately.

Updated over a week ago

1. Open the Lead List

• In Prospi, click Lead List (the fourth icon from the top)
• You will see all your lists
• Select the lists from which you want to delete leads

2. Filter your leads

Once inside the list:

• On the right side, you will see all leads in that list

• To avoid deleting the wrong contacts, first apply filters

• Click the funnel icon above a variable (for example: Email, Industry, Location, etc.)

You will see filtering options like:

Empty - shows only leads where that variable is not filled
Not Empty - shows only leads where that variable has a value

• Other options

Filtering helps you isolate the exact leads you want to remove.

3. Click “Delete Leads”

In the top right corner, click Delete Leads.

A window will appear with three delete options.

Delete Options Explained

1. Delete selected leads

This option removes only the leads you manually selected from the table.
Use this when you want to delete specific, individual leads.

2. Delete leads outside filters

This removes all leads that do NOT match the filters you applied.
Example:
If you filtered to show only B2B leads, choosing this option will delete all B2C leads.

Use this when you want to keep only the filtered group and delete everything else.

3. Delete filtered leads

This removes all leads that match your current filter.
Example:
If you filtered “Email = Empty,” this option will delete all leads without an email address.

Use this when you want to delete the group of leads you filtered.

Final Step

Make sure you select "Yes, I'm sure".

After selecting the correct delete option, confirm the action.
The chosen leads will be permanently removed from the campaign.
