The Do Not Contact list lets you block specific email addresses from ever being contacted through Prospi. Once an email is on this list, it is automatically excluded from all campaigns - past and future.
Use this list for:
Existing clients you do not want to cold outreach
People you have already spoken with and do not want to contact again
Leads to exclude for any personal or business reason
Any email address you never want included in campaigns
How to access the Do Not Contact list
In the bottom left corner, click the button with your profile initials.
Click Settings.
In the left panel, select Do Not Contact.
How to add contacts to the list
Inside the Do Not Contact page, click Import CSV or Add email or domain
Upload a CSV file with the email addresses you want to exclude (make sure that column name is exactly 'Email').
Once imported, Prospi will automatically block those addresses from all future campaigns.
