Creating and Managing Campaigns

Launch and manage your outreach campaigns from one central place.

Accessing Campaigns

Click the Campaigns button (fifth icon in the left sidebar) or go directly to app.prospi.ai/campaigns.


Creating a Campaign

  1. Click the Create Campaign button.

  2. Enter a name for your campaign.

  3. Click Create Campaign to finish.


Campaign Overview

Once created, your campaign appears in the list showing key metrics at a glance: campaign name, number of leads, emails sent, contacts reached, replies, positive replies, progress, and status.


Why Prospi Does Not Track Open Rates

You will notice that open rate is not shown in your campaign metrics. This is intentional for two reasons:

  • Open rates are unreliable. Modern email clients use bots that automatically open emails to check for spam. These bots trigger false opens, making the data meaningless.

  • Tracking harms deliverability. Open rate tracking requires a hidden pixel embedded in your email, which converts it from plain text to HTML. HTML emails have worse deliverability for cold outreach. Prospi keeps your emails clean to maximize inbox placement.


Managing Campaigns

Click the three dots next to any campaign to access these options:

  • Rename - Change the campaign name.

  • Duplicate - Create an identical copy of the campaign.

  • Delete - Permanently remove the campaign. This cannot be undone.


Starting and Pausing a Campaign

Click into a campaign from the list, then use the Start or Pause button at the bottom of the screen.
