Overview
Prospi Whitelabel lets you fully customize the look and feel of the platform so it matches your agency's brand identity. You can set your company name, upload your logo, choose a primary brand color, and customize the sign-in page - all without writing a single line of code.
Branding Options
Company Name
Your company name replaces all instances of "Prospi" throughout the platform. It appears in:
The browser tab title
Navigation and header areas
System-generated emails and notifications
The sign-in page
Logo
Your logo is displayed in the main navigation sidebar, the sign-in page, and other key locations. For best results:
Use a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background
Recommended size: at least 200px wide
Both horizontal (landscape) and square logos work well
Primary Color
Your primary brand color is applied to buttons, links, active states, and accent elements throughout the interface. Enter the color as a hex code (e.g., #2563EB).
How to Configure Branding
Step 1: Open Whitelabel Settings
Navigate to your Whitelabel settings in the Prospi admin panel.
Step 2: Set Your Company Name
Enter your company or product name in the Company Name field. This is the name your clients will see everywhere in the platform.
Step 3: Upload Your Logo
Click the logo upload area and select your logo file. A preview will appear so you can confirm it looks correct.
Step 4: Choose Your Primary Color
Click the color picker or enter your hex code in the Primary Color field. The preview will update in real time so you can see how it looks across buttons and UI elements.
Step 5: Save and Preview
Click Save to apply your changes. Open your whitelabel domain in a new browser tab to verify that everything looks as expected.
Sign-In Page Customization
The sign-in page is the first thing your clients see, so it is important that it feels completely branded. When whitelabel is configured, the sign-in page automatically displays:
Your company logo prominently at the top
Your company name
Your primary brand color on the sign-in button and accents
No additional configuration is needed for the sign-in page - it inherits your branding settings automatically.
Tips for Great Branding
Test on multiple devices. Check how your logo and colors look on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Use sufficient contrast. Make sure your primary color provides good readability against white backgrounds for buttons and links.
Keep your logo clean. Avoid logos with excessive detail - they may not render well at smaller sizes in the sidebar or mobile views.
Match your website. Use the same logo and color you use on your agency website for a seamless brand experience.
Next Steps
With branding in place, consider enabling Invite-Only Mode to control who can access your whitelabel platform.
