When you sign up for Prospi, you are automatically walked through an onboarding process that sets up your first campaign - no manual configuration needed. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.
To get started, go to prospi.ai, choose a plan, and create your account. You will be redirected to the app at app.prospi.ai where the onboarding begins immediately after signup.
Step 1: Answer a Short Questionnaire
After signing up, you will fill out a brief form about your business. It covers:
Your target audience (industry, job titles, company size, location)
Successful case studies or results you can reference
Any other details about your ideal customer profile
This takes less than 5 minutes. The more detail you provide, the more relevant your first campaign will be.
Step 2: Prospi Builds Your Lead List
Once you submit the questionnaire, Prospi automatically generates a targeted prospect list based on your answers - filtered by company size, job titles, locations, and other criteria you specified. You do not need to search for leads manually at this stage.
Step 3: AI Enriches Your Leads
Prospi takes a sample of your leads and enriches them with detailed information: recent company news, relevant data points, and personalization variables. This is what makes your outreach feel researched and relevant rather than generic.
Step 4: Three Email Copy Variations Are Created
While your leads are being enriched, Prospi generates three different email copy variations tailored to your business and the case studies you provided. You can preview exactly how each email will look with real lead data before sending.
Step 5: Set Your Timezone and Launch
The final onboarding step is selecting your timezone and confirming your campaign settings. Your enriched lead list and all three copy variations are already loaded and ready. Review everything and hit launch.
After Onboarding: Set Up Your Email Accounts
Once onboarding is complete, the next critical step is connecting or purchasing email accounts. Without email accounts, your campaign cannot send.
You have two options:

Connect your own accounts - Link your existing Google or Outlook accounts directly in the Email Accounts section.
After connecting or purchasing, warmup starts automatically. Your inboxes need approximately 2 weeks of warmup before they are ready for full-scale sending. You can track warmup progress in the Email Accounts dashboard.
