Multi-Language Support for Whitelabel

Overview

Prospi Whitelabel includes built-in multi-language support, allowing you to serve clients in their preferred language. Currently, German (Deutsch) is available alongside English, making Prospi an excellent fit for agencies operating in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).

Available Languages

  • English - Default language

  • Other - Full platform translation

When any other is enabled, all platform interface elements - navigation, buttons, labels, tooltips, and system messages - are displayed in other language for users who select it.

How to Enable German Language Support

Step 1: Open Whitelabel Settings

Navigate to your Whitelabel settings in the Prospi admin panel.

Step 2: Enable German Language

Locate the Language setting. Select German (Deutsch) as an available language for your whitelabel instance.

Step 3: Save Your Settings

Click Save to apply the change. The German language option will now be available to users on your whitelabel platform.

How Users Switch Languages

Once German (or any other) is enabled, users on your whitelabel platform can switch their interface language. Depending on the configuration, this may happen via:

  • A language selector on the sign-in page

  • A language preference in the user's account or profile settings

What Gets Translated

The German translation covers the full platform interface:

  • Navigation menus and sidebar

  • Buttons and form labels

  • System notifications and alerts

  • Tooltips and help text

  • The sign-in and sign-up pages

What Is Not Translated

The following content remains in the language it was originally created in:

  • Campaign names, email templates, and user-generated content

  • Contact and lead data

  • Custom notes and comments

This is by design - your campaign content should be in whatever language your prospects speak.
