No - warmup in Prospi is fully automatic. The moment you connect an email account, warmup begins immediately in the background. There are no toggles to switch, no schedules to configure, and no manual steps required.
What Happens Automatically
Warmup emails start sending and receiving as soon as your account is connected
Volume increases gradually on its own (+2 emails/day by default)
Prospi monitors your sending reputation and adjusts if needed
You get a progress indicator in Email Accounts showing percentage complete
The One Thing You Need to Do
Wait. That is it. Give your inboxes 2-4 weeks to warm up before launching campaigns. Prospi will not let you add an inbox to a campaign until warmup is sufficiently complete - this protection is built in so you cannot accidentally damage your sender reputation.
Should I Turn Off Warmup Once Campaigns Start?
No - leave warmup running permanently. Once your campaigns are live, warmup continues running quietly in the background. This is intentional: warmup emails generate consistent positive engagement signals that counterbalance any negative signals from cold outreach (bounces, spam reports, unsubscribes). Turning it off removes that protection.
Think of warmup as an always-on reputation maintenance system, not a one-time setup step.
