Yes - warmup emails and campaign emails both count toward your email account's overall daily sending capacity. But here is the important part: Prospi manages this automatically, so you never have to think about it.
How It Works
Each email account has a maximum number of emails it can send per day. This cap exists to keep your inbox looking natural to email providers. Prospi ensures that the combined total of warmup emails and campaign emails never exceeds that safe threshold.
As your warmup progresses and your sender reputation builds, Prospi gradually increases your available campaign sending volume. By the time warmup is complete, you have the full daily capacity available for outreach (20 emails per mailbox per day).
What This Means for You
Early in warmup (week 1-2): most of your daily send capacity is used by warmup emails. This is intentional - do not start campaigns yet.
Mid-warmup (week 2-3): warmup volume stabilizes, campaign volume starts opening up.
Post-warmup: your full daily sending capacity is available for campaigns, with warmup continuing quietly in the background.
You do not need to manually balance warmup and campaign emails. Prospi handles the scheduling and volume management for you.
