The lead's status changes to Replied in your lead list, so you can always see who responded.

Any reply counts

It doesn't matter what kind of reply it is - positive, negative, out-of-office, or anything else. Any reply stops the sequence immediately. Prospi doesn't try to interpret the reply; it just makes sure you never accidentally follow up with someone who already responded.

What happens next

You can view and respond to all replies directly in the Prospi inbox. From there, you can continue the conversation manually when the timing is right.
