How Unsubscribe Requests Are Handled

When a lead asks to be removed from your list, Prospi handles it automatically - no manual work required.

How it works

If a lead replies with an unsubscribe request - anything like "remove me", "unsubscribe", "take me off your list", or similar - Prospi detects it automatically and adds them to your Do Not Contact list.

From that point on, that lead will never receive another email from any of your campaigns, across your entire account.

Managing your Do Not Contact list

You can view and manage your Do Not Contact list in your account settings. It's there if you ever need to review who's on it or make any changes.

Why this matters

This is one of the reasons cold email is safe to run at scale with Prospi. Unsubscribes are caught and processed for you - so you stay compliant and never accidentally re-contact someone who asked to be removed.
