Enrichment is the process where Prospi finds and verifies the email address for each contact in your list. If it takes a few minutes, that's by design and it's actually a good thing.
Why it takes time
Prospi fetches data live, in real time for every single lead in your list. We don't use pre-cached or outdated data. Each email address is looked up and double-verified at the moment of enrichment - ensuring the highest possible deliverability.
This real-time approach is why Prospi's email verification is more accurate than bulk data providers who rely on static databases.
Large lists
For lists with 1,000+ contacts, the process can take several minutes. That's normal - it just means Prospi is doing thorough verification for every contact.
You don't need to wait
Enrichment runs in the background. You can navigate away or close the tab - your progress won't be lost. You'll be notified inside the app when enrichment is complete (and email notifications are coming soon too).
