Credits in Prospi are only used when you run Find Emails - the step that searches for and verifies your leads' email addresses. Everything else is free.
If your credits are running low faster than expected, you might be running email search on leads you don't actually need. Here is how to fix that.
The Right Order: Enrich Before You Search
Go to Lead Lists (fourth icon in the left sidebar).
Open one of your lists.
Run AI Lead Enrichment first (found on the left side panel). This is completely free and gives you more data to evaluate each lead.
Review the enriched data and remove any leads you don't want.
Only then run Find Emails on the filtered, final list.

Bottom line: Always clean your list before running Find Emails and you will get the most out of every credit.
