How to Cancel Your Subscription

Since there is no self-service cancellation inside the dashboard yet, you’ll need to contact Prospi Support to cancel your subscription.

Email at [email protected]

Once we process your request:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

  • You won’t be charged again.

  • Your data may be deleted after cancellation unless you resubscribe.


What Happens After I Cancel?

  • Your current subscription remains active until the next billing date.

  • All saved leads, campaigns, and settings may be removed after cancellation.

  • If you resubscribe later, you will need to start fresh with a new plan.

📌 Tip: If you're unsure about canceling, consider using all your remaining credits before requesting cancellation.
