Prospi allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime based on your lead generation needs.

How to Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading your plan gives you more leads per month and ensures you never run out of credits.

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Billing inside your Prospi dashboard.
2️⃣ Select your new plan (Platinum or Diamond for higher volume).
3️⃣ Confirm your upgrade—your new plan will activate immediately.

Unused credits roll over, so you won’t lose any leads from your current plan.

Your billing is adjusted automatically, and you’ll only pay the difference for the upgraded plan.


How to Downgrade Your Plan

If you need fewer leads for a period of time, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan while keeping your account active.

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Billing.
2️⃣ Select a lower-tier plan (Gold or Platinum).
3️⃣ Confirm your downgrade—your new plan will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period—you’ll continue receiving the full benefits of your current plan until then.


What Happens If I Downgrade?

  • Your unused credits will remain and can still be used.

  • Any active campaigns will continue running as long as you have available credits.

  • Features available on higher-tier plans may be restricted once your downgrade takes effect.
