How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Prospi allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime based on your lead generation needs.

How to Upgrade

Upgrading gives you more verified email credits per month so you never run out mid-campaign.

  1. Go to Settings - Billing in your Prospi dashboard.

  2. Select your new plan.

  3. Confirm the upgrade - your new plan activates immediately.

  • Unused credits from your current plan roll over.

  • Billing is adjusted automatically and you only pay the prorated difference.


How to Downgrade

You can switch to a lower plan if you need fewer credits for a period of time.

  1. Select a lower-tier plan.

  2. Confirm - the downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You keep full access to your current plan until the billing period ends.


What Happens After a Downgrade

  • Your unused credits remain and can still be used.

  • Active campaigns continue running as long as you have credits available.

  • Features from higher-tier plans may become restricted once the downgrade takes effect.
