How to Purchase Email Accounts Through Prospi (Recommended)

Step 1: Open the Email Accounts Page

  1. Log in to your Prospi dashboard.

  2. Click Email Accounts in the left sidebar.

  3. Click Purchase Email Accounts.


Step 2: Provide Your Domain Details

Prospi uses dedicated domains to send cold emails. You will need to purchase these separately from a domain registrar (GoDaddy, Porkbun, Namecheap, etc.).

How many domains and inboxes you need depends on your plan:

  • Gold Plan - 3 domains, 9 email accounts

  • Platinum Plan - 10 domains, 30 email accounts

  • Diamond Plan - 20 domains, 60 email accounts

Once you have your domains, fill in:

  1. Domain Forwarding URL - Where visitors land if they visit your domain (your website, LinkedIn, etc.).

  2. Domain Hosting Platform - Prospi (recommended) or where your domains are registered (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.).

  3. Your Cold Email Domains - The domains that will be used for sending.

Tip: Use .com domains that are similar to your main brand domain for better deliverability.


Step 3: Set Up Your Email Persona

  1. First and Last Name - The name that appears in the From field. Real or generated names both work.

  2. Press 'Generate all mailboxes' button.

  3. Universal Password - One password applied to all inboxes being created.

  4. Profile Picture (optional) - Adds credibility to your sender persona.

Tip: Using a realistic name and photo improves open rates.


Step 4: Complete the Purchase

  1. Review your order and confirm the inbox count.

  2. Click Complete Purchase and enter your payment details.


Step 5: Verify Your Inboxes

You'll see your accounts in Email Accounts page in'Pending' status immediately and after setup (up to 24 hours), your inboxes will change to 'Authorized' status.

  • A green checkmark in the Authorized column means the inbox is connected.

  • Warmup starts automatically - no manual action needed.

  • Inboxes are ready for full sending after 14 days of warmup.
