The easiest way to set up inboxes for cold email outreach is by purchasing email accounts directly through Prospi. This ensures:

Once purchased, inboxes will be added to your Prospi account within 24 hours, and warmup will start automatically.


Step 1: Open the Email Accounts Page

1️⃣ Log in to your Prospi dashboard.
2️⃣ Click on "Email Accounts" in the main menu.
3️⃣ Click "Purchase Email Accounts."


Step 2: Purchase & Share Your Domain Details

To set up inboxes, Prospi requires dedicated domains for sending cold emails.

Domains must be purchased separately from GoDaddy, Porkbun, or any other domain provider. Prospi does not sell domains directly.

The number of domains and email accounts you need depends on your Prospi plan:

💰 Gold Plan → 4 domains, 12 email accounts
🚀 Platinum Plan → 10 domains, 30 email accounts
💎 Diamond Plan → 20 domains, 60 email accounts

Once you have purchased your domains:

1️⃣ Enter a Domain Forwarding Destination URL – This is where visitors will land if they visit your email domain (e.g., your website, blog, or LinkedIn).
2️⃣ Enter Your Domain Hosting Platform – The provider where your domains are hosted (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare).
3️⃣ Provide Your Domain Hosting Login Credentials – This allows Prospi to configure DNS settings for you.
4️⃣ Enter Your Cold Email Domains – These are the domains that will be used for sending cold emails.

📌 Tip: Your cold email domains should be .com and similar to your main domain for better deliverability.


Step 3: Set Up Email Account Information

Once you've determined how many inboxes to purchase:

1️⃣ Enter the First & Last Name for Your Email Persona – This is the name that will appear in the "From" field.
2️⃣ Enter the Email Prefixes – These define your email format, e.g., [email protected], [email protected].
3️⃣ Set a Universal Email Password – This password will be used across all purchased inboxes.
4️⃣ Upload a Profile Picture (Optional) – This will be associated with your email persona.
5️⃣ Add Additional Context (Optional) – Any special requests or details you want Prospi to consider.

📌 Tip: Use a realistic name & profile picture to improve email credibility and open rates.


Step 4: Complete the Purchase

1️⃣ Review your order details and confirm the number of inboxes you’re purchasing.
2️⃣ Click "Complete Purchase" and enter your payment details.
3️⃣ Once payment is processed, Prospi will start setting up your inboxes.

📌 Note: It takes up to 24 hours for inboxes to appear inside Prospi.


Step 5: Verify Your Inboxes in Prospi

After the inboxes are set up, they will automatically appear in the Email Accounts page inside Prospi.

✅ Go to Email Accounts and check the list of connected inboxes.
✅ If everything is set up correctly, you will see a green checkmark in the "Authorized" column.
Warmup starts automatically—you don’t need to enable anything manually.

📌 **Warmup runs for 14 days before your inboxes start sending cold emails at full volume.
