This guide walks you through finding, filtering, and saving leads inside Prospi.
Step 1: Open the Lead Finder
1️⃣ Log in to your Prospi dashboard.
2️⃣ Click on "Lead Finder" from the main menu.
3️⃣ Select "General" or "E-commerce" leads, depending on your target audience.
📌 General leads include standard business contacts.
📌 E-commerce leads include estimated revenue, Shopify/WooCommerce status, and more.
Step 2: Apply Filters to Find the Right Leads
Use filters to refine your search and find high-quality prospects who match your ideal customer profile.
Available Filters:
🔹 Industry – Narrow down by sector (e.g., SaaS, Healthcare, Real Estate).
🔹 Job Title – Target decision-makers (e.g., Founder, CEO, VP of Sales).
🔹 Company Size – Find small businesses or enterprise-level organizations.
🔹 Location – Search by country, state, or city.
🔹 E-commerce-Specific Filters (Only for E-commerce leads)

📌 Tip: The more targeted your filters, the higher quality your leads will be.
Step 3: Review Lead Results
After running a search, Prospi will display a list of leads based on your filters. Each lead includes:
✅ Name & Job Title
✅ Company & Industry
✅ Location & Size
✅ Website (if available)
📌 Important: At this stage, you’re not using any credits—you can review and adjust your search before saving leads.
Step 4: Save Leads to a List
Once you find leads that match your criteria:
1️⃣ Click "Save Leads."
2️⃣ Choose how many leads you want to save (no credits are used at this stage).
3️⃣ Select whether to exclude leads without websites (useful for AI enrichment).
4️⃣ Click "Confirm" to save them to a new or existing lead list.
📌 Tip: If you plan to use AI personalization, keep leads with websites to enable better AI-generated insights.
Step 5: View Your Saved Leads in the List Page
After saving, you’ll be redirected to the Lead Lists page, where you can:
✅ See all saved leads
✅ Start AI Enrichment (next step)
