How to access variables
Click Campaigns (the fifth icon on the left sidebar).
Open the campaign you want to edit.
Click Email sequence (the second tab inside the campaign menu).
When writing an email, you will see a list of available variables on the right side.
Simply click any variable to insert it into your email.
Default variables available in Prospi
You can use built-in variables such as:
{{First Name}}
{{Last Name}}
{{Title}}
{{City}}
{{State}}
{{Country}}
{{Company Name}}
{{Signature}}
{{Company Mission}}
{{Company Type}}
{{Email}}
{{Service Name}}
{{Sub Industry}}
{{Target Audience}}
These pull information directly from your uploaded lead list.
Custom Variables
You can also create your own custom variables for anything you want.
Just write them using double curly brackets:
You can create custom fields such as:
{{Company Mission}}
{{Co Founder}}
{{City Fun Fact}}
As long as the variable is inside {{ }}, Prospi will recognize it and replace it with the correct data for each lead.
Previewing your email
You can click Preview email at any time to see exactly how your message will look when it is sent.
