Not sure how to write spintax manually? No problem. Simply press the Spintax button in the email editor and Prospi will automatically generate spintax variations for your email - no manual formatting required.

• Click the Campaigns icon (fifth icon on the left sidebar)
• Select the campaign where you want to add spintax or edit your variants

• On the left side, click Email Sequence (second icon in the campaign panel)
• You will first see Step 1, which is your initial email variant

Variants + spintax = strong protection from spam filters.

• Click Step 1 (or any step you want to edit)

• The email editor appears on the right side

• Here, you can write your subject line and email message

Use:
• Spintax variations - e.g. [[Hello|Hi|Hey]], [[Hope you're doing well|Hope your week is going well|Hope you're having a productive day]]

Prospi will alternate between each spintax option when sending emails, making every email slightly different.

This helps:

• Avoid spam filters
• Increase deliverability
• Look more natural and personalized
• Safely send large email volumes

When finished, click Save changes.

Repeat the process for Step 2, Step 3, and all additional variants.
