Who Is the Agency Plan For?

The Prospi Agency Plan is built for agencies, consultancies, and service providers who manage cold email outreach on behalf of multiple clients. If you run campaigns across separate brands or client accounts, the Agency Plan gives you dedicated workspaces for each - with simplified billing and meaningful cost savings.

Each workspace operates independently with its own leads, campaigns, sending accounts, and analytics - so your client data stays completely separate.


How Credits Work on the Agency Plan

Every workspace on your Agency Plan comes with its own credit allocation based on the Growth tier you select. Credits are used for campaign sending - lead finding and enrichment remain free across all workspaces.

When you need more credits, the Agency Plan gives you a 30% discount on any additional credit top-ups. This discount applies automatically at checkout for all workspaces under your agency billing.

How to Set Up the Agency Plan

  1. Contact our team or upgrade from your billing settings. Navigate to Settings → Billing in your Prospi dashboard and select the Agency Plan option.

  2. Configure your workspaces. You will need a minimum of 3 workspaces to activate the Agency Plan. Name each workspace to match the client or brand it represents.

  3. Assign team members. Invite team members to the specific workspaces they need access to. Each workspace has its own permissions and user management.

  4. Set up sending accounts and campaigns. Configure email sending accounts, warm-up settings, and campaigns independently within each workspace.

Billing & Payment

All agency workspaces are billed together through a single Stripe subscription. You will see one consolidated invoice each billing cycle that itemizes charges per workspace. Invoices are available anytime under Settings → Billing.

Adding or Removing Workspaces

You can add new workspaces at any time - the prorated cost will be charged immediately. To remove a workspace, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Note that you must maintain the 3-workspace minimum to stay on the Agency Plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mix different plan tiers across workspaces?

Each workspace subscribes to a Growth tier independently. You can choose different credit amounts for different workspaces based on each client's volume needs.

Do unused credits roll over between workspaces?

No. Credits are workspace-specific and cannot be transferred between workspaces.

What happens if I drop below 3 workspaces?

You will be transitioned off the Agency Plan at the end of your current billing cycle and moved to standard individual workspace billing. The 30% credit discount will no longer apply.
