If you've used up your monthly credits and need more before the next renewal, you can purchase additional credits directly from your account.
How to buy additional credits
Go to Settings
Open the Billing or Plan section
Find the Credits section
Click Buy Credits
Select the amount you need and complete the purchase
The credits are added to your account immediately after payment.
What are credits used for?
Finding emails for contacts in your lead list (enrichment) - 1 credit per contact
Importing your own CSV lead list - 1 credit per contact
Monthly renewal
Your credits reset every month on your billing date. Unused credits from the previous month carry over - they don't expire.
If you frequently run out of credits before renewal, consider upgrading your plan to get a higher monthly credit limit.
