AI variables are dynamic fields in your email copy that Prospi fills in automatically for each prospect. While simple variables pull a single data point (like a first name or company name), AI variables can generate entire sentences or phrases tailored to each prospect.

When you use Custom AI Research, you are not limited to single words. You can prompt the AI to generate a complete sentence - including context pulled from the prospect's website.

Example:

Instead of writing:

"I noticed your company works in {{industry}}."
​

You can write:

"{{case_study_sentence}}"
​

And set the AI Research prompt to:

"Write one sentence referencing a case study, client success story, or notable project from their website. If none is found, write a generic sentence about their work. Keep it natural and conversational."

Result in the email:

"I came across your work with [Client Name] and was impressed by the results you delivered."
​

AI variables respect the language of your prompt. If you want the generated sentence to appear in French, Spanish, or any other language, simply write your AI Research prompt in that language - or add an instruction like: "Write the sentence in Spanish."

Prompt:

"Escribe una frase mencionando un proyecto o caso de exito de su sitio web. Si no encuentras nada, escribe una frase generica sobre su trabajo. Escribelo en espanol."
