How to Invite Team Members to Your Workspace

You can add other users to your existing Prospi workspace for free, with no limit on the number of members you can invite.

You can invite teammates to your Prospi workspace so they can access campaigns, leads, and account settings together with you.


Steps to Invite Someone

  1. Click the button with your profile initials in the bottom-left corner of Prospi.

  2. Select Settings from the menu that appears.

  3. Go to the Team or Members section.

  4. Click Invite Member.

  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  6. Click Send invitation.


What Happens Next

  • Your teammate will receive an email invitation to join the workspace.

  • Once they accept and create their account, they will appear in your team list.

  • They will have access to the same workspace data based on their assigned role.


Need to Remove Someone?

Go to Settings - Team and click the remove option next to their name.
