Company Size Filter

The Company Size filter lets you target companies by number of employees. It is one of the most important filters for defining your ideal customer profile, since company size directly affects buying power, decision-making process, and the problems your product solves.

How to Use It

  1. Open Lead Finder and go to the Company filters section

  2. Click on Company Size

  3. Select one or more size ranges from the list

Size Ranges

  • 1-10 (Solopreneur / micro-business)

  • 11-50 (Small business)

  • 51-200 (Mid-market)

  • 201-500

  • 501-1000

  • 1001-5000

  • 5001-10000

  • 10000+ (Enterprise)

  • Custom range

Tips

  • SMB sweet spot: 11-200 employees is the most common ICP for B2B SaaS and services - small enough for fast decisions, large enough to have budget

  • Enterprise sales: 1000+ employee companies have longer cycles and require more touchpoints - factor this into your sequence length

  • Multiple ranges: Select adjacent brackets (e.g. 51-200 + 201-500) to cover a broader band without going too wide

Pro tip: Employee count on LinkedIn is self-reported and often inflated. A company listing 201-500 employees may actually have closer to 100. Use this filter as a directional guide, not a hard boundary.
