Yes, Prospi supports a master inbox - a single email address where all replies from all your sending accounts are forwarded. Instead of checking each individual inbox, you can see every reply in one place.
How to set it up
When your account is being created, add a note in the Additional Info field of your onboarding form specifying:
That you want a master inbox
The exact email address where you'd like all replies forwarded (e.g. your main business inbox)
Our team will configure this when setting up your email accounts.
