Your Account Stays Active Until the End of Your Billing Period
When you cancel your Prospi subscription, your account does not stop immediately. You keep full access to everything until the end of your current billing period - no interruptions, no restrictions.
Grace Period After Billing Ends
After your billing period ends, you get an additional 2-week grace period. During this time you can still log in and access all your data - lead lists, campaigns, email accounts, everything.
Account Deactivation
After the grace period, your account will be deactivated. At that point you will no longer be able to log in.
Data Deletion
After deactivation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This includes:
Lead lists
Campaigns
Connected email accounts
All other account data
Before You Cancel
We strongly recommend exporting any lead lists or data you want to keep before cancelling. Once the account is deactivated and deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
